Isspro Gauge Troubleshooting

I've developed a problem with my Isspro Transmision Temperature gauge. Lately I've noticed it has been fluctuating, full sweeps, etc. Problem is that it occurs when I hit a bump, accelerate, turn, etc. Then gradually moves down to the operating temperature.



Anyone got any ideas what's up? I was thinking of just buying a completely new gauge, but if I could isolate the problem and fix it, Id do that also.

thump the gauge and see if its there or at the sensor?

Check the connections at sensor also .

mine will occaisionally die and come back off and on while driving, retightening the connections at the probe stops this on mine (even though they seem tight)

If it has an amplifier box, like mine does, make sure the little screws are all tight. Have to tighten mine every once in a while.

Mine did the same thing... found the connections loose at the amp box. Tightened those up and no further problems!

If you still want a new gauge, I have one of the EV Marine gauges in the box, never been used.
