Just put in a pyro, boost and fuel pres gauges. All looks and works great except for the pyro. It's about half as bright as the others. Is this normal? All connections, taps, bulbs are tight. Maybe it's because the numerics and face cover are a little different from the other two?

At the time I installed my Isspro gauges, I swapped out one of the bulbs based on Rx in feedback to an article in TDR by Navydood. I can't recall which bulb but the intent was to equalize the illumination since one ofthe bulbs was different from the others. Sounds like what you've found.

Can ya point me in the right direction for the article?

I looked for ya'. This is a paste of that post:

If you bought ISSpro gauges and the boost gauge is brighter than the rest, replace the bulb with a #161. That's a 2 W in place of the supplied 3. 5 W bulb. Made them equal in mine.

Turns out it was the boost gauge lamp. I guess you could check to see if they all have the same bulb.

I have the same issue with mine but never worried about it. Maybe there is less back surface resulting in less reflection to the face? Maybe this weekend I'll investigate and come up with a fix. I'll post if successful.

Or, it could just be a matter of repositioning the bulbs. The reason I havn't attempted anything as of yet is because the pyro is only slightly dimmer than the others, not near as much what you are describing. Hopefully a quick fix.
