Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) ISSPRO Pyro problem

I finally connected my pyro gage, its post turbo. Problem is I only get about 200*F under load/acceleration. Is it possible I over tightened the thermocouple and have crushed it inside. I'm not sure of the internal construction of these things. I've used only matching cables etc from ISSPRO. The only parts that are different is the terminal lead screw are different. I used stainless screws and locknuts. Would this matter, as I know they say not to solder any of the terminals.



Any thoughts?

Call isspro. I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the gauge/electronics. They sent me the parts I Needed quickly. I was impressed with how helpful they were.
