ISSPRO Tach Install

I recently purchased an Isspro Tach with the adapter cable that is supposed to be for our trucks. I can't seem to locate the Tach connector under the dash. Is this only on certain trucks? I noticed on the older posts that everyone talking about this cable has a '92-93. Was the tach not an option in '91? I thought it was.

I may be wrong(that has happened a few times) but I think the earlier trucks need to have the magnet kit installed on the crank pully for the tach signal. I don't think the 91's had the under dash wire from the factory.

the sending unit is real easy to install everything you need except for cleaning materials to prep the crank and wire to connect it to your tach. bill
