Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Isspro Trans Temp Gauge

Prior to moving to Georgia I bought an Isspro Trans Temp Gauge, the moves over and I was able to install it this weekend however it does not work. I know the receipt is a thing from the past, I checked the control box for the gauge and it does have power, any ideas???? or does any one know how I can test the wiring so I can narrow down the problem???

MIne don't work so good either, so I was hoping to hear your response on this if you had one.

mine never worked out of the box either,,second one too. .

Anyone ever come up with a probable cause.
