Is the temp on these units pre set to 300 degrees, or do you have to adjust them to your personal preferance. It seems to be working fine, just wanted to make sure. And thanks to Steve St. Laurent's instructions, the installation was a snap.

! They do come preset to 300 degrees and you can adjust it from there if you wish. There's a potentiometer inside the case that you adjust. Mine was right on when I checked it.
