Squeak from Rear of 2004.4

2nd answer from the bottom on the left hand side:

..... "Dodge and Cummins are working on a new factory authorized kit for bio-diesel operation or severe duty cycles which should be available later in 2008"

Printed

According to Robert, nothing further to report yet. When he as some information on their kit, he'll get it posted.

Thanks!

Now you've opened a can of worms. Spill what you know, lol.

Software changes? Why? For the heater? Electric or coolant heated? Are they contemplating a different lift pump or an auxiliary booster pump of some kind?

If you cannot talk about it, please at least answer this: In your opinion, how realistic is the "which should be available later in 2008" prediction?

It is my undersatnding that Cummins has been working on this with Dodge... ..... the reality of it is... ... ... ... . what motivation does Dodge have to release it. It will be pricey and they are pinching pennys to stay afloat now. The diesel traffic at both Dodge and Cummins facilities has dropped big time with many jobs having been lost due to down sizing and shop closings
