Working on a 2007 dodge 3500 with a 48re trans. got some codes for ttva low voltage and ttva stuck. replaced the ttva and no change. went threw all electrical and verified no issue. nit did find free play in the ttv where the ttva connects. figured maybe a broken spring in throttle body. dropped pan and inspected. didn't catch any issues. bought a Sonnax zip kit, TransGo shift kit and all new sensors and filter. disassembled and reassembled everything and found there was nothing noticeable in the valve body to have issues. but before installing the valve body i found there was a lot if free play where the throttle valve is in and has the stop. trying to find and adjustment for the valve to the stop. should i run the set screw till it just touches or do i want to leave it as that may adjust the pressures when in operation. any suggestions?
