It says" Powerstroke" on Dodge ? ?

A friend said he saw a Dodge one ton with a big Ram head sticker on his back window. But on top of the ram-head this written "Powerstroke". I told him he mustta have been drinking something. He was very serious. I told him most guys with Dodges have "stroke this" on there truck.
So what was this guy thinking?
