Am I the last guy in the nation to get my darn TDR magazine? I just got the new issue yesterday. It was still in the plastic wrapper so I doubt the mailman was reading it.....



I live in Santa Rosa, CA - ~60 miles north of the Golden Gate - but it's not the end of the earth. What the heck is the deal?

As i understand it, the Postal Service had used all their diesel fuel for the month, under California Air regs, so they did what any good bureaucrat would do. Sat on their butts and did nothing.
