People cant quite believe it when I drop the rear door of the trailer and roll the smoker out. But there never is a shortage of people when the goodies come off.

I wouldn't pull that little thing out at a real BBQ. I thought Texas did things big. Need to come up here to 'Hawg Country to see a real BBQ!!

Really looks like you got a good rig there. Nothing like some good smoked brisket, ribs, and chicken.

I'm smoking about 250 lbs. brisket this weekend. Have a charity benefit and 2 HS graduation parties wanting some brisket and chicken.

I live in the Ozarks - ain't NO mosquitos around here.

We also have a lot of "yankee" immigrants coming in to support Wally World and we now have more than 6 different last names in the phone book.

At least we all aren't named "Jose Rodriquez' :-laf

Anybody see the pics of the smoker that is shaped like a six-shooter? Prety col. :D

Where I used to live, someone I know has built to smkers out of 1000 gal diesel barrels. Can hang something like 500# of pork chops. Those are tasty. :D Oo. He also has a grate to cook patties as well. Has a small motor at the top turn everything inside.
