Scott, isn't that one of those aliens from "Batteries Not Included"? :)

Looks like a clutch to me!

By the way, when you switch your truck over to sled-pulling only, if it isn't already, are you keeping your bed stacks or running a single stack through the hood?

Scott,

Could you do me a favor and take a picture of the SFI tags and card, to show everyone what they will need for DHRA Super Street, and Modified class, this year.

Here you go this is the only thing you will get showing it is SFI Rated I plan on making a copy and laminating both one to keep in tow vehicle and the origanal to keep in the glove box of the puller.

Thanks Scott!

There ya go boys!!

If your clutch doesn't have one of those, and you don't have it with you at DHRA pulls, Super Street, or Modified, you can't pass tech.

EEP should have them for Crower , and both EEP and SBC are working on getting their street pullers SFI certified.

Any other clutch companies that have SFI clutches, please let us know.

The first DHRA points pull is in Springfield MO, April 30/May 1st, be ready!

Heres an idea....

Read the rules! www.dhraonline.com

Transmission, Automatic:

Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. Aftermarket torque converters, valve bodies and internal components are

permitted. Transmission brakes are prohibited. Any non-OEM floor-mounted automatic transmission shifter must be

equipped with a spring-loaded positive reverse lockout device to prevent the shifter from accidentally being put into

reverse gear. A functional neutral safety switch is mandatory. All transmission lines must be metallic or high-pressuretype

hose. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an automatic transmission must be equipped

with a transmission shield meeting SFI Spec 4. 1 and must be labeled accordingly. A blanket-type shield, appropriately

labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4. 1 and extending from the rear of the block to front of tailhousing with a minimum six inch

overlap where it is fastened, is permitted. All non-blanket-type shields must incorporate two (or one, per manufacturer’s

instructions) ¾ inch by ⅛ inch straps that bolt to the shield on each side and pass under the transmission pan unless the

transmission pan is labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4. 1. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an

automatic transmission must be equipped with a flex plate meeting SFI Spec 29. 1 and be covered by a flex plate shield

meeting SFI Spec 30. 1.

I have recieved several e-mails from folks asking to buy my EEP Clutch, it was sold long ago.

My fault for not mentioning it in my original post.

Mines still for sale. It comes with a 5 speed flywheel. You will need an 1"-3/8" input shaft.

PM for details.

They are still legal for the Street Class.
