After starting my truck it always cycles what I thought was the a/c compressor. Which doesn't make sence to suck so much juice it dims the headlights drags down the motor and drops the voltmeter. Its the manifold heater continuing to cycle? Is this normal? I spose its necessary for pollution-?:--)

The Grid Heater will continue to cycle until a temperature and /or predetermined road speed shuts off the timer.

It's totaly normal. :D
