I just purchased a Power Edge(did not go Hot #3 after talking to Taylor about gains v. s. EGT )from Taylor at PE. Also a TC and valve body from BD. Bought a Jardine 4" exh package and all I need now is a set of Autometer gauges and either a pillar mount or a dash mount. Anyone who can steer me in the right direction to purchase the gauges would be a hero in my eyes!!!

I will post the results of the installations and the road tests when it is all said and done!!! I can't wait!! Teheehee... Give me Cummins or give me death!!

<font color=blue>Autometer #15002 Is what I have. Goto Autometer Website and check it out. I have it in my truck and painted it looks factory. I love it. I have gotten several comments on it already.

Hi, HOV:
Didn't I respond to you before on a different thread regarding gauges? Well if I didn't, then here goes, go with the SPA Gauges. You can't beat them. Guaranteed accuracy plus or minus 2 degrees I think. Maybe less. Gives you instant readout unlike a needle, your looking at it - then your saying plus or minus 20? LOL. On the SPA Gauges, you push the little red button and it gives your highest readout after you rezeroed your gauge. My highest boost was 35, my highest EGT was 1088 with stage II's, 4" exhaust (boy Ted has a good system). I have no incentive to push these gauges but I guarantee it, if you try them you definitely will love them.

Not everyone likes the digital gauges, me being one of them. If they work for you and you like them. . then great more power to ya. But there are quite a few people that prefer the analog vs the digital gauges.

I wouldn't trade my AutoMeter UltraLites for nuthin #ad
I was going to get 1 SPA gauge for dual fuel pressure but it doesn't exhist yet, if they do make it I will put it in the ashtray so I can close it when I don't need it, maybe i gotta talk them into making that type of gauge #ad

Just letting ya know that didgtal isn't for everyone.

KatDiesel is right Pete. The 15002 from Autometer is a 3 guage DASH mount.
If you guys look at the new post on the new 3 guage PILLAR mount PLUS TWEETER from www.dieselpage.com looks interesting but I could not find a picture of the one for us who have the tweeters. ANYBODY SEEN IT??
Their number is 1-800-658-9355 I called them but looks like they are not open on sat.
HOV.

I also am interested in guages for my new 01'. I want to mount them on the pillar but I have the tweeter in the pillar now and the picture that is shown in the link to shop in Texas doesn't show a tweeter in their 3 guage pillar mount?
Seeing that your from San Jose also, is there a reputable shop here in the area that can install these guages? I start getting a little of the pucker factor going thinking about drilling and grinding on my new truck.
Thanks for any help you can give!

I like Diprocal 0-60 boost gauge should cover all the bases. For serious information on differences call Mark at TST and ask him what and why he uses the different gagues in different trucks. He does not care brand wise and knows all of them just does not want to have to replace a gauge if it does not do what his customer wants or fails in certain conditions.
