I've lost power, wonder about code

Yesterday on my way home from work I filled up and hit the road. 40-60 miles down the highway she stumbled and puffed a big puff of bluish white smoke then back to normal. Pulled over and checked things under the hood all looked good proceeded with caution. Little farther down the road I lost a lot of power and could not really hear my turbo whistling. Had wife come get me from park and ride. Called dealer on way to can't miss appointment, was told could be bad fuel. Changed fuel filter in dark and drove home, don't sound good. 1 block from home check engine light lit up, I got this from the self diagnostics, if I did it right, C Code 00 00. Any one have any ideas, I would like one before it goes to the dealer. Thank you in advance. :--)

Cycle the ignition key from off to on quickly 3 times.



The odometer will display the P-codes.

I did cycle the key three times. I got C Code 00 00

That looks like the codes you get when holding down the trip button on the odometer.

There is a goop that you put on end of a stick and put it into the bottom of your fuel tank. It turns a specific color if it hits water. You should be able to buy it at a auto parts house or any fuel distributer will have it.
