I have a Cummins E-Brake on my 92 W-250. I bought a switch from Geno's, P/N EKNOB.
It is a complete shifter knob with a pushbutton switch (push-ON - Push - OFF). $49. 00 (On page 34 of their latest catalog #75) The catalog says it is for the "98. 5 - "04 trucks And won't fit the "05 & up trucks with a solid shifter.
My "92 shift lever also is solid, so I had to drill a small hole in the side of the knob and route the wires down the side of the lever. Then I routed it under the shift boot and floor carpet to the brake control relay. I put a piece of split loom over the shift lever and wire to protect/hide/dress up the lever.
I'm very pleased with the install and operation. The button is slightly recessed, so you don't accidentally operate it while shifting gears.
At this minute, I'm 300 miles away from the truck or I would take a photo. Sorry. Jack Dancoe
