'05 3500 4x4 with a factory Jacobs exhaust brake is too close to the CP3 pump to let the fitting that FASS sends to be used. What have other people done? I was thinking of flaring the end, of the pipe coming out of the stock fitting, and sliding the hose over and using a hose clamp since there is only 14 psi. Is this the best/easiest way or am I out to lunch.

Contact Richard at Glacier Diesel Products. I also have a Jacob's vacuum pump, and he sourced a high flow bolt that would clear (barely) with this setup.

If you need, I can look up some pictures and post them.

Thanks for the advice. But the pump will not prime. My buddy, who's truck the fass is being installed on, and his girlfriend will probably shoot me. The Fass was supposed to solve their problems not make them worse. Any other fass we've installed has sucked fuel right away. No troubles.

Leave the front filter loose will help and i made a jumper for the relay to keep the pump running tell it's primed.
