Jake Exhaust brake compatible turbo wanted

Called EEP and JR Adkins about twins and they both told me I had to get rid of my exhaust brake :{ So then I start looking for a decent single and all the ones I came across needed a full 4" or more directly off the turbo? I am looking for a higher hp aplication but I am totally stumped

Any help would be extremly appreciated.
