Guys,
Just thought I'd share with you some info on the Jardine 4" exhaust. It is great. I installed one saturday mornin' on my '00 quadcab shortbed 4x4. The exhaust system came in a box with all the necessary clamps and a couple of extra clamps. One page installation instructions. I called and spoke with the folks at Pinnacle Performance and requested them to ship mine without a muffler and a pipe of pipe to go in place of the muffler. The system basically consists of a 4" downpipe and hanger/clamp, then after that mine had 3 pieces of straight 4" pipe with hangers and clamps and then the mandrel bent section to go over the rear axle and finally a short piece of 4" with a 5" stainless tip welded onto it. The system fit together flawlessly and only required rachet and socket and a wrench to tighten the clamps. It took longer to remove my original system then it did to install their system. If you have any questions on their system feel free to contact me. I always like recommending a good product. I like their system because, I do not like welding on hangers like the BD system (not knocking them) and I have also installed a Banks setup on our 99. Although they are stainless (very low grade as mine is already rusting) they are very expensive (about twice the money of a Jardine system).
thanks
Don
