Jeep Commander

Have any of yall seen the "new" Jeep Commander? It looks to me like Jeeps great idea of the Liberty replacing the Cherokee didnt do so well, and they are bringing the Cherokee back, freshened up some. What do you all think of this?

I looked at one the other day. The outsides will have to grow on me a bit but the interior is NICE!!! There suppose to compete with the Hummer. The bad thing about them is the one I looked at was the same price as a 2006 3500 DRW 4x4 cummins. BOTH ON THE SAME LOT. I went home and looked and the money tree was not in bloom. :-laf

I've looked at 2. The wife likes everything about it except for the current lack of a diesel engine option. The 1st one we checked out stickered for 30,000. 00. I hope they put something a little bigger than the 2. 8 out of the Liberty in it if they put a diesel in it. It has a 7000 pound towing capacity with the Hemi in it.
