What ever happened to TDR follow-up on the Jeep Diesel??????????????? I own an 06 and nothing but shop time at the dealer check eng light etc. I read an article in pop science they turned the vehicle back to the dealer at 20,000 because it would not run. Does anybody else own one? Hows it run? Thanks DKold no7.

I have a friend who had one. Kept it just a couple months. Fuel economy SUCKED! No better than a gasser. He could not justify spending as much or more for fuel on something that got ne better fuel economy than his gasser! I don't blame him for that at all. I have heard several people say the fuel economy of the Liberty CRD was disappointing. I would consider one with a 5-speed. That would help a lot. I want a 40 mpg diesel mini truck or suv!!
