Competition 13.60 Run on video -

Dodges spankped the fords in the diesel shootout. A blue dodge 2500 was the only full pull, would have done it twice but his front wheels were not turning the second time out. The big white dodge with dual stacks was loosing fluid out of the hole and half way down it let go. He had an great run until the engine went, lots of speed I am sure he would have went 300ft+. I went to the pits to find out what happened but could not find him. Sure is fun watching those cummins engines work!!!! I will be at the next pull for sure! brian mallory :) :) :)

When will the next pull be?? I may be intersted in pulling or maybe as a bench warmer. Who Knows.

See Ya

The white Dodge was Dave Mitchell. He was actually running Exibition. He broke the drivetrain. no one competes with Dave unless he breaks. We knew that going in.

And I was third place and only 2 ft beind 2nd and 4 ft behind 1st. It as a great run.

We all went to have fun, but none of us were anywhere near enterprise engine dodges and we knew it.

Had a lot of fun though.

When is the next pull and where??

I am in to this pulling thing and have fun when doing it. I am running stock and have no chance aganst you big boys that run all kinds of "stuff".

I love the smell of "diesel smoke".

Keep me informed.

See Ya

Chris

I will let you know here as soon as I know. They are talking about one in March in Jessup again and one earlier in Fl. Don't know details yet, but if we want a class, we need to put it together ourselves. This truck thing is new and not enough followers to put a regular class together.

Bob

Whats up with you folks in the deep south why don't you put your trucks in the sig. I don't care about your "goodies" I would like to know if I am talking to a 2500 or a 3500 or a 250 or a 350. I'm all about having fun shooting the bull and helping out fellow diesel heads.

The other brand

I don't have a problem with you having a ford. I think it is a sharp looking truck.

Just keep in mind that real engines only need six cylinders all inferior brands need eight. :D  :D

Keep me informed on the next pull in your area. Thanks

See Ya

Chris

Sure will. I'm out of town right now, so ,mon, I'll get back with ya. .

If you look at page 16 of those photos, you'll see the truck with the sled up. In the video, you could see the bags work great. instead of blocks, which are rigid and dont let the suspension work, the bags come down a slight bit, then bounch back up to where they were.

I set the air at 30lbs empty, which was about 75+ when the weight came up. .
