I just wanted to say I wasn't sharing my story because I'm proud of it, I just wanted to point out that we all make mistakes from time to time.



But charging for something you didn't do, that's complete crap.



I remember once a lady came in and wanted her air filter changed, because her dog pee'd in the Explorer and she insisted that's why it stank in there. I tried to explain to her, but she would have none of it. Ok, so I changed it.
