Jig for KDP needed in OK.

Hello all, I just got a '01 24 valve with 65000 miles and would like to find a jig to drill the case for the KDP repair. Anybody have one rusting away of the shelf or know where I can buy one? Thanks in advance.

They became obsolete when it was found that the gear case bolts sometimes vibrate out. Doing a KDP repair and threadlocking/retorquing the case bolts is what I recommend. You don't need a "kit". A new front seal and cover gasket set, and a piece of scrap metal for the tab is all you need. I cut out a piece of beer can for mine.

I used a fender washer and ground it into a tab. Loctite.
