Does anyone have any experience with the JL Audio jump seat subwoofer? I am curious of its manufacturing and sound quality. I also wander how much it costs. It houses a 12" sub in a housing that replaces the bottom portion of the jumper seat. It looks stock, and you'd never know it was there.

michaelt, I installed one in my truck and love it! It cost me $420. 00 I am driving it with a California 60 watt amp which also drives 2 6x9 Pyle 150 watt speakers, which I built to fit under the rear seat (with matching carpet). You can't sit on the seat (hard seat), but small kids can.
The seat was an easy install, just remove the carpet and back from the old one and install it to the new speaker.
I know I could use a bigger amp to drive it, but I dont need it that loud.
I am driving it from the rear speaker feeds (the line before going to rear speakers).
Happy Thanksgiving, wakely

I installed the JL stealbox about 5 mounths ago. It sounds great.
I like not taking up the space under the rear seat.
Alpine 3 disk in dash changer
Alpine DDDrive F117s in the doors
Rockford Fosgate Punch 240
Might have to relocate the seat belt control box, it was mounted on the rear cup holder.
