John Deere biodiesel conditioner

John Deere has just released a bio-diesel conditioner. They only recomend it for up to b-20, but give recomended rates for up to b-100. If there is interest I will get you more information on it. We have some 16oz bottles on order that I plan to do some testing with.

Is it from Stanadyne like the other stuff they sell?

Don't know, have not had a chance to look at the MSDS sheets.

Why yes, yes indeed I do, what kind of parts person would I be if I didn't. They still havn't shipped it to us, I ordered a case of the 16 oz containers. I need to check again for the msds sheet, it has been a while since I looked.



TY26367 = 16 oz

TY26368 = 1 gal



I looked and no other dealers have it yet so it is not just us here.



If you have acess to the bulletins, i belive it is 036193 that introduced it to the dealers

How many gallons does a 1gal jug treat? No specs listed for that on JDParts. That stuff better be REALLY good for costing twice as much as a gallon of Lucas conditioner.



That 16 oz bottle sure isn't cheap. Can get a 96oz jug of Power Service for that price here.

They do not recomend it for any greater concentration than B20, but I find it interesting they have a recomended dosage.

Does JD recommend anything more than B20 in their engines?

That I don't know. Good question. We run B11 at the farm.



I bought some Power Service last week, and read the back of the bottle. It (the white jug) said it was good for use with B20, and the ULSD.
