Juice and/or Attitude Problem?

I recently noticed that whatever level my attitude is set on and it does it on all levels 1-5, sometimes while I am driving the level will switch to 0 for just a second or two then back to the level it is set on, I don't notice any change in power or anything. I called EDGE today and the service tech hadn't heard of this before and is currently looking into it and told me if it persists till after Memorial Day to send it in. I am wondering has anyone else experienced this?

I sware mine did it one day but I have never noticed after i upgraded to the hot verision
