Juice residual effects

Got a few codes and I'm not sure if it's the Juice or the truck. Edge is sending me a new box and the old one is out in the meantime. My overhead mileage is still off by as much as it was if I were running on level 2 or 3. Yes, I have reset it a few times. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I thought once I pulled the box everything else would go back to normal. I don't have a meter on my tank at home, but I feel pretty safe saying I'm not getting 14-15mph pullng a 25K trailer, 12-12. 5 is optimistic. Overhead always used to be within 0. 5mpg of hand calc.
