I'd say skip lobster this time around if they are expensive. It isn't the season for cheap lobster anyway. Scallops and steamers and/or cherry stones for raw clams would be awesome, but let me know which. Thanks Tom!!



Why would you need a fryer for steamers?

1)tent,medium,genaral purpose(G. P. Medium)

2)2 coleman stoves-5 burners total

3)2 large pots

4)5ga water jugs-unopened----how many?

5)a grate for the coals

6)1-1/2'x2-1/2' cooking grill(solid plate steal,no holes)

7)2 or 3 coolers FULL of ice

8)have onboard gen. to run power for ??? and disco ball

9)grilling utencils

10)1-Gorilla and 1 Yogi

Anything else that I can fit in my truck

How many buns? well if every one brings their own ist's usually two per person
