Competition June 26, Tampico Indiana diesel truck pull!

Tampico is a small town located in south central Indiana about 10 miles south of Seymour.

This little pull always rocks with about 3k people in attendance.

The guard rails are so close to the track you could reach out and touch the sled!!

No admission fee for spectating either.

This is tonight... .

Weather was great tonight.

Tampico packed the house with about 5k drunken spectators.

There were 26 pulling in the street class.

Congrats to Zeb from Salem for winning with his 314' pull (hope that footage was right).

I pulled 272'.



Haisleys trucks were also well up in the standings.



The surprise of the night:

Haisley Machine's ROCK HARD RAM!! Scheid Diesels PURE DIESEL, along with Terry Martins truck, made exhibition pulls.



1. HMR Rock Hard Ram/Van Haisley 300+

2. Scheid truck/Kent Crowder

3. Terry Martin/Scheid single turbo puller.

Hated to miss this one but with the Dyno Day at Extreme Diesel not ending till later in the afternoon I just didn't have the energy to drive all the way to Tampico.
