2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Just a quick question

Does anyone know if it is possible to syphon fuel out of a 2001 stock tank? I was considering the purchase of a locking fuel cap and someone mentioned that there was a baffle in the filler tube which prevented this. Looking for anyone who knows without my having to physically try it.



Appreciate a response if anyone know for sure.

I don't know about a baffle but here in commifornia they are poking holes it the tanks, I would rather loose some B100 then have to buy a new tank.
