I've been a TDR member since 93 when I purchased my first Cummins Ram. To date I have had few problems with the 4 trucks I have owned in the past 12 years. Tonight, my 2001 ran out of fuel thanks to a bad sending unit. AAA towed me to a station where I filled up. Then they brought me and my truck home so I could try to get her started again. I had never run out of fuel in my life, and I knew that I needed to crack the injector lines to bleed the system. This made me a bit apprehensive, but thanks to the knowledge I gained from the TDR the process took all of 3 minutes!
I know this might sound trivial to many of you. But to a guy who has a stock (really!) 2001 HO Ram and relies on it's dependability for business and pleasure, I can sometimes get worried about being without a truck or worse yet being at the mercy of a dealer and his prices.
To make this long story short, I just wanted to say thanks to all of you and your knowledge. I am truly proud to be part of such an organization!
