Hope Im not sorry I let my 305/555 go. Invoice less 2% Loaded to the max. Pick it up tomorrow when it arrives at the dealer. They had to trade for it. It was one option less than I would have ordered without the wait. . Oo. Oo.

I just got home a couple hours ago from picking mine up. Drove from Kellogg, ID home to Reno, NV and got about 16+mpg. I'm most definitely NOT sorry I sold my

'02 auto!

So what did you get? A srw or a dually, auto or 6 speed Details details Oo.

Bought a 1 ton swb 4x4. . Atlantic Blue with Taupe Interior, Power adjustable pedals, block heater, federal emissions, Fog lamps, Power trailer tow mirrors-folding, Front hood shield, Rear sliding window, Anti Spin Diff, Folding flat floor storage, Trailer tow group, Protection group. Sure wish that the dealer would call and say come pick it up :-{} . I think they figure since I already bought it, there is no hurry on their part to please me. I still have my 305/555 sitting in the garage and Im planning to do a quick round trip to Calif in the morning and Im thinking they will be a bit upset when they see another 1200 to 1400 miles on the trade :-laf :-laf :-laf .

What would you be sorry about? They are both great trucks! I just turned 1500 Mi with mine in 3 weeks and I just eclipsed 18 MPG (on paper, 17. X on 'puter). Of course I have a couple of niggles, but am not sorry! Enjoy your truck!

Well be careful on your trip south with the trade in. Don't want Murphey's law to break anything. But then if it's a done deal I guess they would have to acept it if it got towed in. LOL

The truck showed up in Grants Pass just at closing tonight. They told me I could have it around 10 am tomorrow Oo. Oo. Oo. . . I wouldnt want that Murphys lay deal to happen to me with the trade. Its sitting in the garage with about 3 gallons of fuel left. :-laf

The new rig will come with a full tank :D Thats about $80. . I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve! I doubt Ill sleep tonight. :(

I just got back from a trip some towing and some non towing, and got 16. 4 altogether.

And this is with 4000 miles on it 305/555,but I have been thinking of getting a 600 I can get a great deal,I may do it too:)

I got this one right at $33. 5k out the door... That is less than I paid for my 04 305/555 10 months ago.   :p :--)

Well if you get bored this weekend you can take a road trip to Myrtle Creek & show off your new ride. Wife & I will be home all weekend getting ready for our trip north next week.

I have a 05' 3500 Laramie DRW 600 6spd on order, can't wait for the call to pick up the new toy .

Currently have a 99 3500 auto 34 k garage kept . Love the truck hate the transmission.

PB Did they give you a fair trade on you "old truck"?

I had 13k miles and they gave me $30k trade in. That was low book. Now, after a year, I have a new truck again with the options that I really wanted. . Very happy! :p :p :) :) Oo. Oo.

Where to buy in the North West

PBJohnson,

We're ready to buy and live in Oregon as well, near Wilsonville.

Wondering where you got your truck?

We'd like to do business with T & C in Wilsonville as they do a good job taking care of our other vehicles, but I'm just not sure if they would work that much on pricing with a new rig.

We'd get a Laramie 4. 5 600 1 ton SRW with the short box and an auto trans.

Has anyone else bought a truck from Town and Country in Oregon?

Mel

Just Ordered my 05..Can't wait!!!!!

After beating myself to death about my 97 being a fine pulling truck etc etc , all the extras I have on it, I finally broke down and ordered a NEW 05. Dually,6 speed, 600, cc lwb etc.

The deciding factor was the new sign at the weight station at truckee, Ca W/B on I-80..... It reads,,,," All Pick-ups with trailers longer then 34' must stop at scales".....

I stopped, not with the trailer and asked why they were stopping P/U's... One guy said, "to check your length". .

Yep... . As soon as they see my 97 GCVW 22,000 pounds, it will be " hey you, stop... ... Ok now unload until your Ca GCVW 18,000 for the peoples republic and start walking...

That was enough for me... ... ... ... ... ... heheheh... New truck time.

The old 97 is one pulling SOB and stops fine. But, that ain't legal

97 3500 2wd for sale. . great price. . :)

I got my last two trucks at Grants Pass Lithia Dodge. Since they got a new service Manager, the quality of care has been A-1. . Oo.
