just bought my new spring

hey guyz i just bought my new gov spring for my truck and i was just wondering if it somthin i can do myself or should i take it to a shop n pay somone to do it. im one of those guyz tat like to do it myself, and if i should do it myself is there anythin i should be carefull of, im mean i dont wanna loose anything when im in the process of doing it. thanxz in advance Dan
