What an injustice has been done.

I cant say one way or the other on her. But, dont believe everything you read, especially when it was written by he good friend. It seems that every female on death row is innocent, and if they arent, then they are born again Virgin Mary's. I will read further into this and have a final opinion.

I don't know a thing about Jenner's case, but in 32 years of trying criminal cases, I do not believe there was a SINGLE major criminal case where there was not some group trying hard to get the accused freed!!!!!!!

Nope, did not matter how gross the case or how clear the guilt, there was always some bunch of protesters insisting he/she was being railroaded to protect someone else.

Ah, well, guess they were ALL innocent.

Then we have all these who are freed after being convicted because they are found to be "innocent"; in ALMOST every case it really only means that some appeals court has found that there was a flaw in the procedures, but the media loves to play the "innocent" card because it sensationalizes it and draws attention and they get paid by the attention factor, i. e. number of readers or watchers.

When I see a claim that some one convicted in the past is innocent, I think, yea sure; and I am going to win the lottery tomorrow.

This is not a story that I have just read or is it your ordinary or typical case. If you take the time to read everthing about Deb Jenners life before, what happened at the trial, and after, everthing that took place it is totally shocking. My wife and I were the (eyewitness #4) in The Deb Jenner Story witten by Ms. Marie Heinemann who was a missionary if Africa for 35 years.



DNA could be done now but the state of SD refuses too. Bloody finger prints on the wall was never even ran for identification and the state of SD still refuses to. She was charged for the crime almost a year after the murder, she was thier scape goat. These are only two examples of injustice that has been done. Any one of these test or many others would clear up any doubt, but the state refuses too.

Then you, as her spokesperson, should hire an independant lab to have the DNA tests done. If it is shown she is innocent, then go public.

Deb has been trying to have DNA testing done on the evidence for over 7 years. Deb is willing to pay for the tests. The state refuses to allow testing to be done.



SD state lawmakers have submitted bills that would allow for DNA testing in the Jenner case but she is still at the mercy of the State and various Judges. They will not release any of the evidence for testing

If all of what you say is true, then a good lawyer, and some airtime might get a small amount of the DNA evidence released to a lab. Guess you might want to start a legal fund then.
