Kansas City area transmission shop

I have ordered DTT's TC & VB. The question now is where to have them installed. Stephen and Bill Kondolay have come up with one in Wichita,KS and one in Union,MO. I'm right in the middle with a travel time of about 4 hours to either one. I have asked this before but I'm going to again ,,, does anyone know of a transmission shop in the KC area that I can talk to? I could just go throught the phone book but I would rather operate on recommendations. If no one has any ideas, I'll probably go to the one in Union,MO.

Steven, I can heartily recommend the shop I used here in KC for the installation of my TC, VB and Pressure Lock. I've sent you an email with my phone number so I can provide the information to you.

Hey Tulsa618 like to meet you sometime, I live in lawrence KS. Steven I wish I had time I would do it for a fellow TDR member, I did my old truck. If Tulsa618's transmission shop can do it I would go with them, sounds like he had good luck with them. If not I probably could find a real good shop here.

I just done my tc and vb 4 months ago. I would be willing to help you to save some money. I have all of the tools and a jack. I have no lift though. Mine was not that bad to do. took me a day doing it the first time. i would be willing to help. just another option.

There is a dyno day on the 29 of july at mc racing im merrium

the ford boys are puttong it on. . i went to the last one and it was alot of fun, only two dodges showed up last time and i was the only one to dyno. it would be a good place to meet. I have names ad addresses of all of the tdr people around kc. Need to talk to you again bruce to ask you what i need to do to get a chapter going.
