Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) KDP and timing

I just wanted to let you guys know that i killed the KDP on my truck this weekend. It was not a hard job. It went very smooth and was well worth thee ease of mind. I bought the kit from TST. It was very well put together. I also set my timing at 16. 5 degrees. Just wanted to let you guys know, and see what you think of this timing.

Congrats on fixing the KDP, before it did it's worst. I like my 97 set at 16. 5 , it really wakes one up!! I have heard the 94&95's could go as high as 18 with no headgasket harm.
