KDP fix on 93 and Anyone know of Diesel shop in Fresno area

I have a friend with 93 3500 dually who is concerned about KDP ever since I told him I purchased a KDP kit from TST for my 97 dually - haven't installed it yet though. Will the TST tab kit work for the 93.



He dose not have the time to do it so he wants a good diesel shop to do it for him. We live 50 miles north of Fresno near Oakhurst off hwy 41. Anyone know of a good and reasonable diesel shop in Fresno or vicinity that will do it for him and how much would you estimate it should cost?
