Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) KDP Fixed today

I would like to say I got mine fixed today. I used the Jig made by cpff. It worked awesome. 2 hours and I was up and running again. A very nice and professional kit IMHO. I picked the parcel up this morning and fixed my KDP in the afternoon and will be sending up to Alaska. Very happy. Thanks to illflem for helping organize the movements of the KDP jig.

John, big thanks for using and moving the jig on so fast. If more folks could do the same the jigs would cover a lot more ground.

Does anyone know where all the jigs are and where they're scheduled to go? How many are out there?

List of jigs is in the first thread in the 12 valve forum, To list where they are going would take up a lot of room.

I just wondered if there was a way to get a general idea of where they were and approximately when we would get them.

That would be a great idea!!! I've been on the list for quite a while.

Just knowing that it's moving would be nice..... the jig, not the pin.

Best way to do that would be to PM the person whose list you are on.

I know that Roadwarrior got one of them today (IL). There's going to be a KDP party in WI this Sat. I don't know where the jig is going from there.

You can tab it and not wait for a jig. Tabbing should only take 4 hours at the most, and you can check the bolts under the timing cover and replace the front crank oil seal at the same time.
