Well its finally done... My son and I just finished up on a tab job. The pin was out about 1/16" so I'm glad that I took the time and effort and fixed it. I even used the orginal bolt that came out of it. Plenty of red Loc tite and she is done... .





Oh yes does anyone have an extra fan shroud... when I was removing the nut. . my hand slipped and I broke the top of the shroud.

Was the bolt the tab goes under just barely tight? I had a shroud break and used a piece of sheet metal strip and some pop rivets to repair it and it worked great.

No the bolt was still tight... it took a socket and a wrench to get it loose. Now it has the loc-tite and up tight... it wont go anywhere. .

I also used the sheet metal with some round head screws...
