Did the KDP jig fix today, was a snap. Jig kit is ready for shipment to next person.

Use of the jig is free. However, you have to wait your turn. If you would like to use the tab method you will need to buy a gasket and seal, but you don't have to wait. A little more work making and installing a tab. E-mail me if you want the instructions for the tab method at -- email address removed --

KDP Jig

I just completed using the KDP jig kit a couple of days ago. The kit has everything that you need. Will take you just a couple of hours to repair. Best advice for you, is to get on the list. Oo. Oo.

I also did the Jig fix on Sunday. Very easy to do. It would've went faster If I wasn't in such a hurry to remove the fan belt. Also, keeping track of bolts to include the ones I drop helps.
