Does anybody have a blueprint of a kdp jig, I have several trucks that need done especially an 98, I would rather build my own as to rather borrow one.

Only a few minutes more

I'd just pull the cover and tab the dowel pin. It only takes a few minutes more, and when the cover is off, you can loc-tite and torque the other bolts inside the gear case.

The bolts get loose and fall into the gears just like the KDP does, so it is worth the slight extra time.

Every KDP fix I've done has had loose bolts, and two of the pins were out so far that the jig wouldn't have worked anyway.

It just takes a few extra minutes.

Brandon, will you ellaberate the cpff ? and also how it will be disrespectfull, and to who? People copy fuel plates. im not tryin to be smart but i do not know.

CPFF is the user name for the KDP jigs' creator. (I'm blanking on his name but I think it's John Strenkowski or something like that) He drives a Ford that he transplanted a Cummins into. He's got a shop (and a brain) that allows him to make whatever he needs to solve a problem.

While the KDP jig is brilliant in its simplicity, it's not something the average guy could easily make himself. You could buy one, get on the list to borrow one, or just tab them as Greg suggested.
