You can get on the NorthEast list if you want. Its currently in upstate NY, and theres one other guy waiting for it currently. Probable ETA about 3-4 weeks tops...
Richard, I'd pull the front cover, reset and peen the KDP, remove and Loctite all the other accessable bolts in the gear case. Reset the timing to 16* while you are there. The KDP is not the only item that gets loose in the gear case. Plus the timing makes 'em start and run better in the winter.

Well, I may be wrong about upstate... its in Mexico, NY 13114 with JoeBioDiesel... I think he's done with it soon, and it will be travelling to the next guy on the list in PA.

I'd also recommend doing the tab job also. I just did my 97 last weekend and it was actually fun to be wrenching on my rig once again (had a total of 185k on my 98,02,04 without turning a wrench).
Do it right and you will have peace of mind knowing the other capscrews are secure, check the water pump, idler bearing (or replace if you are flush with cash), and change the drive belt. The TST instructions, plus pulling the upper radiator hose and driver's battery, make it a breeze.
Now I'm working on doing the fuel sending unit fix and installing my flatbed.
