Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) KDP jigs still available ?

I have a friend that just bought a 98 12 valve 4x4 short bed. It came from a Bill Heard dealer @ Orangeburg South carolina. Had 171k is champaign silver looks like the injector pump was just replaced.

He will join the TDR.

My question is ,are the KDP jigs still around? And does anyone know of this truck?
