Installed the tab to cure the KDP yesterday (not too bad but someone was not thinking when they sized the fan shroud). The pin was still flush and felt solid when I tapped it with the punch and mallet. But two of the other 5 capscrews did not feel tight. So, probably worth the time overall. Ordered the cover gasket from Dodge ($$) - will use Cummins next time. Anyway, took the top radiator hose off in order to gain more clearance and noticed that the coolant inlet flange at the engine is scaled. Any suggestions for an effective flush/cleaning?
