KDP dowel pin



I took the timing cover off to fix the pin

the pin had moved a little drove it back in to put A tab dehind the closet bolt to the pin removed the bolt did not sean tight

does anyone know the torque of the bolt that would hold the tab.

Also what size bolts behind the timing gear & torque of said bolts

Use red loctite on all the gear case bolts including the one that holds the KDP tab. If one of them falls out it really does damage. You should replace the one for the tab with a longer bolt. 18 ft/lbs for the bolts.
