KDP question....

Well, I did a search and could not find the info I was looking for on this but how different is killing the KDP on a 1st Gen than a 2nd Gen? I have done a couple 2nd Gen KDPs but I have yet to do one on a 1st Gen and my cousin has '93 and has not done it yet. Are there any detailed instructions anywhere or is it easy enough to dive in without instructions and just use my 2nd Gen experience on this?

It's pretty much the same, I've done a 1st gen and a 2nd gen and there are no real differences.

its recomended ya remove each bolt that holds on the gearcase, clean and locktite one by one. on the 1st gen the bolts are just as likely to fall out as the kdp. and when a bolt falls out the damage is even greater than when the kdp falls out
