Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) KDP repair gig

How do I get on the list to get a KDP gig? And if the list is long, would the individual that made the gig have blue prints on it that I could purchase from him so I could make one for myself? I live in NE Montana, so I'm not very close to a highly populated area. There is quite a few trucks up here that could use the repair.
