KDP Washer tab Fix

Is there anyone out there thats done the washer tab fix on the killer dowel pin that can tell me or e-mail me the dimensions of the washer tab ??

I plan on doing mine in the next week and would like to have the washer tab made ahead of time and ready to go in as soon as I take the cover off instead of waiting to make the washer tab after I get the cover off.

Went to the hardware and got the largest 5/16 fender washer they had.

Any help would be much appreciated.
