Has anyone found a way to keep the "running lights (fog lites)" on when the hgh beams kick on? Has to be a way to over-ride the kill switch in the column... T

Tony,

It's real simple on model year 2000 and probably the same for 2001. Here's how it is done:

1. Pull the fog light relay from the PDC.

2. Jump the two large (¼ inch) sockets that the relay was plugged in. Make your jumper with two ¼ inch male spade fittings and about an inch of wire.

This jumper does not turn on the fog lamps - it only allows them to be on when the dash switch is pulled to the fog-lamp-on position, with either high or low beams.

Try the search feature. There have been numerous posts in the past on this, including one that was illustrated.
